As of presently, I am 21 years old and I can honestly say I thank my dad for buying the first ever console I played, yup the SUPER NINTENDO! Super Mario was the best game in my opinion on this one, and my dad and I played for hours. I still currently own this original console (though it is in a box in my basement) but occasionally have brought it out to reminisce on some of the great games I have played in the past. Each console had a favorite game and hours and hours have been spent playing those games. Though currently have been spending most my game time on the Xbox and PC, I will never forget my past consoles and all the fun they have provided!
